COOLFLEX® Seamless Fronlit is a digitally printable, lightweight, durable, reinforced vinyl substrate, which can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.
COOLFLEX® is manufactured for use with solvent based ink-jet printers including, but not exclusive to Vutek™, Nur™, Gretag™ and Scitex™ series equipment.
COOLFLEX® can be used for billboards, backdrops, banners, (when properly tensioned) and many other uses.
COOLFLEX® is MEA approved and is available in 12 ounce, 14 ounce and 18 ounce weights and in both gloss and dull finishes and is seamless up to 16'4", (5 meter).
Cooley seamless material can be used on almost any truckside application, mobile billboards, fleet graphics and stationary advertising as well. Most fleet graphic systems are currently done with pressure sensitive materials,but using a printed substrate is more cost effective, as pressure sensitive graphics can be very expensive to buy, install and also to remove. The square foot cost of using a printed substrate can be 50% of the cost of pressure sensitive; they also allow for rotation of graphic images moreoften as in 'seasonal' usage.
