ARMORSHELL®
Armorshell is a flexible, extruded PVC that offers anti-bacterial, antifungal, UV resistance and its excellent weatherability characteristics allow it to perform in harsh environments.
Armorshell offers better abrasion resistance than laminated products and works well for applications that require low temperature flexibility. It is resistant to a broad range of fuels, solvents and chemicals. All Armorshell fabrics are washable, fade resistant and non-crazing, so fabric aesthetics are well maintained.
COOLTHANE®
Coolthane polyurethane products offer good strength characteristics and excellent low temperature properties. Coolthane products remain stable through years of service, even when exposed to fuels, chemicals and solvents.
Coolthane is highly resistant to punctures, tears, abrasion, ultraviolet radiation, temperature extremes, solvents and a host of fuels and chemicals. hydrocarbons.
COOLSHIELD®
Coolshield membranes are formulated with a highly non-reactive and pure thermoplastic fluoropolymer, generally used in applications requiring the highest purity, strength and resistance to solvents, acids and high temperatures.

ENVIROFLEX®
Enviroflex is a flexible, reinforced, extruded polyolefin thatis 100% recyclable, as both the polymer and fabric are made of polyethylene and can be safely incinerated. Enviroflex is strong and stable, yet an economical alternative to more expensive reinforced polymer materials.
Enviroflex is lightweight, so it can lessen fabrication time and make installations easier. It is fungus and mold resistant and provides excellent weatherability, even in harsh environments.
Enviroflex can be used to transport potable water, food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and more.
SPECIALTY APPLICATIONS
Our in-house researchers formulate compounds to exhibit whatever properties our customers demand, e.g. chemical resistance, fireproofing, temperature, ultraviolet resistance and more, using high performance polymers such as silicone and fluoropolymers. In addition, since we also weave our own fabrics, Cooley can develop and manufacture unique products for your most demanding applications.
